Once you approve your changes or site launch, Creating Digital will work with you to provide a window in which the changes will be pushed live. Normally, Creating Digital schedules to push changes live 2 business days following the approval as long as that second business day falls on the below schedule. Same day or next day pushes are usually not available and are never guaranteed without a seperate scope / quote for scheduling the work and reserving the resources.
Normal Scheduling
Our normal times for pushing sites/changes live are as follows:

* Business day's before a holiday or weekend are normally excluded.
These hours work best because our team, as well as our vendors (and your vendors), are normally fully staffed and able to provide any post launch support. In addition, escalation paths are fully available should any unexpected issues arise. We avoid the day before a holiday or weekend, to avoid any possibility of any issues being detected in a period where our normal support team is minimally staffed or not staffed at all.
After Hours Scheduling
Creating Digital understands some of its clients are in regulated industries (FINRA, FDA, etc) in which website maintenance must occur in pre-approved, after hours time periods. If you are in a regulated industry, please make Creating Digital aware of this requirement immediately.
Our normal policy for scheduling after hours work is to charge 1.5x the standard hourly rate with a 4 hour minimum. This will allow time for both the push, and the technician to be available for up to 4 hours following the push should any issues need to be reported. After hours scheduling must be approved by Creating Digital 2 business days prior to the push, and is based on the availability of Creating Digital.
In certain cases, Creating Digital may recognize that a push will require significant downtime and will recommend or schedule an after hours push. This is usually in the case of server migrations, database changes, or data migrations.
