Creating Digital is moving to a new ticketing system to process your requests moving forward.
Starting immediately, we ask of you to email support requests, website change requests, issue reports, and all other actionable items to support @ ourdomain.com (Please replace ourdomain with our company name, as we have masked it to block spam bots) This will replace the need for you to email individual team members your requests. This will also enable our team to delegate requests to the appropriate team member and account leads as well as ensure that requests are not missed, answered within a reasonable amount of time, and request are not overlooked should a team member be out sick or on vacation.
Some of the new features that will allow faster response time and better customer service on tickets are:
- Centralized communication – meaning all questions / requests are captured and accessible by all team members.
- Alerting our team to tickets that have remained open for an extended amount of time with no follow up.
- On the client side, you will experience no differences. An added benefit is that you will be able to see your request made by email by tracking them here: https://support.creatingdigital.com/
